We launched our first employee led network - Women's Network

The Women's Network is committed to supporting our women to be positive ambassadors for the firm. It was set up to provide internal and external networking opportunites and positive career support including mentoring, networking and training.

Internal Mentoring

The Women's Network launched a programme of internal mentoring which gave all employees access to support from a senior female.
