Supporting diversity is the right thing to do, and it's also the smart thing to do.
We believe that nurturing a people-first, diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace creates an environment where everyone can thrive, supports innovation and results in more effective decision making. It ultimately helps us to provide our clients with the best possible service.
This is why Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) is at the core of our People Principles, driving how we work with our people and making sure we recruit and retain the best talent.
We are proud of how far we've come on our DEI journey, but also recognise that we are not done yet, and continue to learn and improve further.
Our DEI Committee and our four thriving, people-led networks work together to drive our strategy and lead a whole range of initiatives and events - view our timeline above to see some of the key ones.
The greatest measure of our success in this space is what we're told by our people. We're proud that our people feel that LCP is a warm, welcoming and supportive environment to work in.

2025 and beyond
This year is a year of reflection, connection and belonging. At LCP, we want to create an environment where everyone can thrive and feels welcome and supported by those around them. To achieve this, it is essential that we take the time to understand and appreciate different perspectives and lived experiences. This can feel quite hard at times, particularly when external narratives – whether in the media or broader society – feel polarised or divisive.
Our people tell us that personal stories resonate most when seeking to understand others’ views or experiences and that's why this year we are running a new discussion series called Conversations that Matter featuring a range of experienced guest speakers covering a range of subjects that are often complex emotionally charged or difficult to navigate. By addressing these topics through personal stories and compassionate discussion, we aim to foster a deeper understanding of the social dynamics around us.
