HR focuses on employee engagement, recruitment, benefits, and cultivating a positive workplace environment. L&D focuses on developing people growth through training, skill enhancement, and career development. We both provide a range of platforms and systems designed to seamlessly support and manage our people processes. We provide advice and guidance on anything people-related - come and say hello!

Expert Skills in HR and Learning & Development

Learning & Development
Understanding of relevant compliance & regulations requirements (e.g. Employment law, GDPR, UKVI)
Deep knowledge of all systems used within L&D, especially the LMS and Clear Review.
Working knowledge of tools & systems used in HR, L&D and Internal Comms
Knowledge of how to identify core training needs, using appropriate facilitation / questioning skills to explore.
Knowledge of best practice employment processes
Knowledge of different training styles and approaches and how to create appropriate content.
Compensation & Benefits, including payroll and benefit provision
Skills in identifying and building relationships with training providers
Understanding of organisational design
Excellent working knowledge of relevant professional qualifications - including high level content, admin processes and support options
Good knowledge around managing employee relations
Empathic coaching approach when discussing development needs/challenges with managers or individuals.
Knowledge of how to drive employee engagement and embed culture & values
Knowledge of appropriate psychometric tools, and 360 feedback approaches
Creativity & creative problem solving
Creativity to create comms and e-learning content where relevant for the firm
Deep knowledge of training & development styles & options and best practice approaches
Work collaboratively to design training courses
Good working knowledge of relevant professional qualifications
