LCP Resume

We launched LCP Resume, our returner programme aimed at recruiting those keen to restart their careers back into the industry and offering full support, mentoring and coaching.

Houses of Parliament event

The Women’s Network hosted event at the Houses of Parliament and were joined by Baroness Ros Altmann CBE, former Minister of State for the Department for Work and Pensions who shared her experiences.

MARCH

Fundraising for women's charity the Marylebone Project on International Women's Day

We held a fundraising lunch for the Social Enterprise organisation, The Marylebone Project on International Women's Day. The Marylebone Centre delivers education, employment, training opportunities and meaningful activities in order to support homeless women.

Mental health first aider training

We rolled out a mental health first aider programme to management to increase understanding of how to help a person developing or living with a mental health problem. .

JUNE

LGBT+ Network launched

Our employee led LGBT+ Network was launched this year to strive for diversity, inclusion and equality across the firm, by leading initiatives and providing support to ensure that we provide an accepting environment for LGBT+ individuals to thrive and prosper.

OCTOBER

LGBT+ & Women’s Network host diversity and inclusion breakfast

Our Women's Network were joined by former Olympic rower and senior diplomat Cath Bishop to discuss high performance teams and effective, inclusive leadership.
