Welcome
I'm thrilled to introduce you to our brand-new people magazine, LCP Life! The name was voted for by all of you and submitted by Liz Cottrell in our Winchester office. Well done Liz!
LCP Life will be released each quarter to celebrate and showcase our vibrant culture and the exceptional people who make LCP such a special place to be.
Over the last quarter, we've welcomed 38 new starters to the business, and we're excited to have 46 interns joining us over the summer. A warm welcome to all of you!
As a firm of over 1,200, it's more important than ever that we strengthen our sense of community and connect as "one team". In this edition, you'll find stories that spark curiosity and inspiration, with tales of innovation, creativity, success and personal growth. Every story, article and highlight is a reflection of the incredible contributions our people make across our teams.
Thank you for being a part of this journey and for contributing to our unique and dynamic culture. Enjoy the read!
