I think we can all agree that one of the things that makes LCP so special is the strength of the relationships we build — across teams, departments, offices and levels. Whether it’s mentoring someone new, collaborating with a client, or supporting a colleague’s career journey, it’s the way we show up for one another that defines our culture.
