What the confirmed changes mean for you

Each of the current Sibelco pension schemes work a little differently and offer different things to members in each pension scheme.

Pick the Sibelco pension scheme that you currently pay into (or the pension scheme that you’re eligible to join) from the options below to learn more about what the confirmed changes will mean for you.

The DC Section of the Sibelco UK Occupational Pension Scheme.

If you were paying into the Defined Benefit (DB) pension scheme when it closed to future benefit accrual on 1 January 2013, you will have joined the DC Section when it was set up. No other employees have joined since this date.

The DC Section

The Sibelco UK Limited Group Stakeholder Pension Plan.

If you’re a permanent employee at Sibelco who joined after 1 January 2003, you’ll be a member of (or have the option to join) the Stakeholder Plan.

The Stakeholder Plan

I am not a member of a Sibelco pension scheme.

If you’re not a permanent Sibelco employee and earn less than £10,000 a year, or have recently joined, you might not be a member of one of the Sibelco pension schemes.

I'm not a member
